Have you ever feel like you're not good enough at (almost) everything? Anxiety, insecurity, and jealousy often stop by when I feel no body want to appreciate my works. Just by looking at people's wonderful works often gave me nerve. Their works are mostly enchanting, famous, and they have so much followers that adore them. For some people like me, every single "love" clicked on my works could mean a lot. For some reason it has power to give me a courage to keep working on it. And when no one pushed the love button on it I easily thought "aah..may be I just have no talent in art". That's the old me who is really bad at gratitude.

A person whom I know ever said that grateful is the key of happiness. I personally agreed what he said because the grass is always greener on the other side anyway. Never satisfied enough with everything they got or had  is a human nature. But I guess if you can not over come that bad nature it may leads to greed. And greed will always destroy you into pieces in the future.  Speaking of gratitude, there is a really excellent quote from Melody Beattie  :

"Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

Thinking about what I have such as good family, health, friends, great education, skills, adequacy life, etc I truly feel that I'm fully blessed by The Owner of Universe, God. If I compare my life with most of Africans, ME conflict countries people, marginalized people and other kind of unfortunate people, my life is undoubtedly great. Some of them may have amazing drawing and design skills but the don't have opportunities to make living by those skills, or even dreaming about normal life. Some of them keep fighting to over come their limits just to get better life. I must learn from them that with the blessing I have right now, I should never give up on everything and focus to develop my skills. I now assume that having a tiny skills is better than none, I still have a chance to bring mine into another level anyway.

I am now a different person, not a gloomy person who is unconfident anymore after self reflection. I'm now a person who always think of gratitude. Be grateful for every little thing I have leads me to get peace of mind and be a person who has brighter vibe. I will always keep in mind that there's none in this world who born untalented and unuseful, so be grateful no mater how tiny your talent is.

For you who may have a same state of life as the old me, don't ever think that you're less fortune than most of people in this universe.
