Goa Cemara Beach, A Captivating Palce to Visit

As you might know, I'm a big fan of beaches. Beach with sparkling white sand is a bewitching thing which has unlimited pleasure for me. I only prefered beaches having white sand on the coastwise than a black sand before I went to Goa Cemara Beach on 7th March 2018. This beach located in Southern of Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. It is extremely famous among local tourist recently. I heard it called Goa Cemara because there are lots of spruce trees along the beach. There are several reasons why you have to go here in Goa Cemara. The temperature and scenery is really nice especially when summer comes. The sky is pearls blue which will make your eyes wide opened. The wind and humidity is perfect for pleasure seekers. If you suddenly get hungry, so many food stalls with reasonable price are available, as well as the fish auction to get fresh fish. Wood garden also opened on the east side. The happiest thing about this beach is the access to get there. It is much more easier compare to beaches in Gunung Kidul which has narrow road and you can't really avoid to get caught on heavy traffic jam every weekend (fyi I was trapped about 4 hours on my way back home when I go to Indrayati Beach).


Everyone said that Goa Cemara is a nice place to take pictures so I took a picture of my mom and my brother. For amateur on photography like me picture above is pretty interesting for me since I don't really understand how to take nice pictures lol. You can also easily find fisherman boats there. As I see on TV, a small boat like on the picture above is cost around IDR 25million. I have an opinion that fisherman are true hero, they chose having a difficult profession avoided by most of young generation, only gain small profit just to fulfill people needs of fish and kept the fish stocks on the black.


May be it's exaggerating if I say that this place is fine for a cinematography materials but I just feel that way. Great nature often become a value added for award winning movies right? I bet the best scenery of this beach is on sunset and sunrise if you prefer colorful scenery, but at noon you can also get the clear blue sky blowing your mind. 


One more reason why you have to go to Goa Cemara Beach is its Sun flower Garden. For Girls it might be a favorite spot to take a selfie lol. I have nothing to say about this garden but captivating. You have to pay IDR 5k to take pictures and for maintenance cost. The Sun flower seeds also available, I'm preety sure that the price is much more economical than on nursery ( I have bought one full dried flower by only IDR 10 K, estimated you'll get about 20 seeds inside).
